It won’t be surprising to see if Nokia will officially release the Lumia 929 after several rumors have gone out in cyber space. Another variation of this scuttlebutt went live courtesy of a forum member. The alleged Verizon-bound Windows Phone model will be lugging a 2510mAh battery unit, if this information turns out to be true.
Be that as it may, Verizon subscribers are apparently the first to receive this high-end Windows Phone handset which presumably would sport a large 5-inch display with 1080p panel resolution, Snapdragon 800 processor, 2GB RAM, 32GB internal storage and 20-megapixel PureView rear camera. The handset will be apparently available in white and black matte colors; with the former being a limited option.
A hands-on session with Lumia 929 was caught on camera recently but immediately pulled afterwards. The high-end Lumia model is slightly bigger than its predecessor (Lumia 928), more refined and said to don a metal band around its edge to distinguish it from the 928. Well, it doesn’t matter now since based on leaked information this WP powered handset will be launched by mid-to-late December. Lumia fanboys only need to wait for a few more days, hopefully.
