Xbox One Sales More Than A Million On First Day Like PS4?

The launching of Xbox One worldwide is simply awesome as one million units of the Microsoft’s next-gen console was sold on Day 1 which means 24 hours or less from the time of release. This figure has surpassed that of Xbox 360 and Microsoft has considered as new record in their consoles’ history. Retailers are also running out of stock so there is an impending need for an immediate restocking to keep the momentum going.
Those who joined the Day One rush can now enjoy new and improved versions of games such as “Killer Instinct”, “Forza Motorsport” and a lot more. Microsoft has already observed that during the first 24 hours, gamers have killed 60 million zombies on the Dead Rising 3, have driven at least 3.6 million miles on Forza Motorsport and have defeated 8.5 million enemies in the gameplay of Ryse: Son of Rome. As for the fitness side, Fit Points equivalent to 43.3 million have already been earned in the console’s Xbox Fitness feature.
Xbox One has a multi-tasking functionality and features that include gaming, music and video playing, fitness and sports, live TV. It is already fitted with known and popular games but new ones become available from time to time. Microsoft’s rival Sony also reported a 1 million figure during the first 24 hours of releasing PlayStation 4.
