Curved-display iPhones Set For Release Next Year?

While millions of of Apple fanboys around the world enjoy the new iPhone 5s and 5c, the Cupertino-based company might be prepping new iPhone models as we speak. An anonymous source who claimed to have seen the new iPhone designs with curved-display said that bigger iPhone models will be released by Q2 of 2014.
At least two iPhone models are in the pipeline according to this insider possessing bigger display and curved glass with enhanced sensors capable of detecting varying pressures. In addition, the curved-display iPhones would have 4.7-inch to 5.5-inch display sizes  - the largest we’ve seen, so far – with  glass that curves downward at the edges.
Samsung and LG were among the first manufacturers to unveil curved-display handsets this year. Samsung unveiled the Galaxy Round with huge 5.7-inch, 1080p display that curved on the vertical axis similar to the company’s curved-display OLED TV sets. Meanwhile, LG has the G Flex model with 6-inch display that was introduced last month. LG introduced the curved-display OLED TV and its flexible 5-inch screen during the SID tech show in Canada.
Apple is tight-lipped regarding this information as the handsets are said to be in development. Subsequent models will also be released equipped with more sophisticated pressure sensors that distinguishes between light and heavy touches.
