We have long bid goodbye to volumes of paper books and resorted to the comfort of having thousands of books in one device. E-book readers mushroomed in number ever since it got popular. Amazon’s Kindle e-book readers are on top of this market. Today, we are going to discuss about Amazon Kindle’s newest product, the Amazon Kindle Paperwhite 3rd generation.
Yes, you heard it right, a 3rd generation. Shortly after the 2nd gen release of Kindle Paperwhite, another device is yet to be born. It comes in a very high resolution of 300 ppi screen. Amazon named this ongoing project as the “ice wine”. Reading will never be as comfortable as this device is said to have a custom-made font choice along with an automatic brightness adjustment feature. The product will be surprisingly light weight even if Amazon replaced its usual plastic screen for a matte-finished glass screen. The rounded edge of the device is made to add up to its chic style. There are also more navigable buttons all for the comfort of the reader.
The 3rd-gen Kindle Paperwhite is said to be released in the 2nd quarter of 2014. Although there isn’t much of software improvements, the new features of this device will surely make the reader’s heart leap with enthusiasm. Price details are yet to be revealed but considering that the 2nd-gen currently retails at $119, we could expect this device to follow the same. Stay tuned.
